sys-devel/base-gcc: Fork from Sabayon

Sabayon's overlay is available at:
    https://github.com/Sabayon/sabayon-distro/

Upstream's sha1: c5591cb4588ba89cc90ecde00181d5a11247a4a8

This ebuild provides libgcc_s.so.1 library, which is normally provided
by sys-devel/gcc from @system set, without the entire toolchain.
It also depends on eclass/sabayon-toolchain.eclass.

Ebuild is slightly adjusted. It forbids sys-devel/base-gcc and
sys-devel/gcc to be installed at the same time on the same system.

profile: Set USE flags for nfs-utils

nfs service is crucial for NanoPi updates in boruta environment.
There is no need to duplicate "/usr/portage" and overlay directory
for every dryad.

profile: Add features to support a binhost

NanoPi should get package updates from a binhost. It should have
FEATURES set to getbinpkg. In order to serve binary packages they must
be created in the build process. It is ensured by buildpkg and
binpkg-multi-instance feature flags. It makes it easier to setup
a build server.

profile: Set features for minimal distribution

These options shrink the image size by removing manuals, info
and other forms of documentation from packages.

Add nanopi profile

The official profile definitions are used when possible.
All portage options are controlled with profile so that
the user does not need to modify anything.
