common: change finger_size from 40 to 20
Since the new Tizen 6.0 UX for IoT defines small size widgets, the
finger_size becomes 20 from 40.

wearable: let force sync render.
It turned out evas threading is not efficiency as we expected.
Need to figure out the reason and turn on again after fixed it
to work better performance.

overlay resources : add overlay resource filies for color_class and text_class
it try to load overlay resources to show OneUI for product side.
so, we need to consider how to show this OneUI theme.

Set scale factor for common display
a size of reference common display is 7 inchces, and resolution is 1280x720.
scale factor is 1.8 for the display spec.
this patch set the factor explicitly

there are ambiguous config values for momentum animation
so that this patch tag them as deprecated and add new values

binding: modify key binding config to support new widget
name of widget has been changed by upgrading efl.
key binding logic is currently on mal-functional
because key binding logic finds proper widget to send key event by comparing widget name
so that this patch modify key binding config to make key binding logic proper

scroller: Add config value for bar hiding delay
value for bar hiding delay was locaed in edc file(theme).
however the delaying logic has been moved to c code side,
so that this patch add new config value for bar hiding delay.
