Modified send_x_key_event to prevent changing current keymap table.
If unknow key event of current X keymap is sent by IME, original code changed the current keymap table to send key event.
But it makes overwriting predefined key value and predefined key will not work anymore.

Update the ise_geometry even if panel_state is in will_show state
ISE will update new geometry info in the slot_ise_show to panel.
At this time, IME state is will_show state because of synchronization between WM and ISF.

Fix issue wrong recent IME geometry returns
When rotaing targets, the previous angle before rotate was stored.
It makes wrong angle and geometry for recent IME geometry.
