Rename vim-7.3-rpmlintrc to vim-rpmlintrc
This should be done in the previous commit, however due to a bug
in git-buildpackage it's not possible as superfluous patch is generated
which in turn causes build failure.

Add smack aware behaviour to keep labels
The Smack labels SMACK64, SMACK64EXEC and SMACK64MMAP
are preserved when editing files with either the normal
or the extended version of vim.
