gd: split the binaries to package gd-tools

As most linux distribution do, gd only includes the library,
and split all the command line tools into gd-tools, and add
the perl dependcy since one of the tools is a perl script.

mariadb: add perl and perl modules to RDEPENDS

fbida: update to latest git and make motif a PACKAGECONFIG option

The x11 dependencies are now deterministic instead of enabling based on
DISTRO_FEATURES without changing DEPENDS.

Disable motif by default as well, since *fb*ida is supposed to be
framebuffer only by default.

quagga: fix QA warning

When build quagga, it shows QA warnings:

The configure script tests compiler whether support option '-fPIE'. If

ndisc6: allow the package can be empty

FILES_${PN} is set to null in original .bb file, this would cause
ndisc6 main package is missing, then one build error will happen:

ERROR: ndisc6 not found in the base feeds (qemux86 i586 x86 noarch any all).

To fix this, need to set ALLOW_EMPTY_${PN} = "1".

dnsmasq: update to 2.68

Fixes a bug with libvirt and DHCP, which is fixed in 2.66.

"Handle the situation where libc headers define
SO_REUSEPORT, but the kernel in use doesn't, to cope with
the introduction of this option to Linux. Thanks to Rich

stunnel: fix configure ssl parameter

'--with-ssl=DIR' configure parameter expects the location of the
libraries and include files in the sysroot. This means the directory
containing the 'lib' and 'include' subdirectories, not the include
directory itself.

This fixes an error at configure time:

quagga: Add mirror site

* The SRC_URI is not accessible.
  So need to add mirror site referred by the original site.
* The problem is that
  http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases redirects to closest mirror
  and few mirrors (e.g. .jp) weren't working correctly while
  http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org/releases/ seems to be reliable.

ntp : Add cap to default PACKAGECONFIG options.

If ntp is built without libcap, it refuses to start with the following
message:

Starting ntpd: /usr/sbin/ntpd: The ``user'' option has been disabled -- built
without --enable-clockctl or --enable-linuxcaps
ntpd - NTP daemon program - Ver. 4.2.6p5
USAGE:  ntpd [ -<flag> [<val>] | --<name>[{=| }<val>] ]...

By adding cap to the PACKAGECONFIG the default runs. In the
future, someone could add an option for using clockctl.

vim: don't check acl header if acl support disabled

Vim/vim-tiny always check 'sys/acl.h' existence even acl support
has been disabled from configure line. This works in mostly time
but except for acl works in an odd mode - while acl was mirrored
from sstate_cache, it will install 'sys/acl.h' to sysroot dir and
and then clean the header file with sysroot_cleansstate().

If build vim/vim-tiny and acl in parallel, below errors will occur:

* os_unix.c:2668:23: fatal error: sys/acl.h: No such file or directory

This change only workaround the failure and get build running, we
still need to fix it from acl side.

* automake patch from 4.4.4 is no longer needed
* PACKAGECONFIG for lua (lua term is only useful for LaTeX)
* linking problems with dlopen, etc. in lua loadlibs.c fixed
  ** this same problem was seen in jansa world builds for 4.4.4
  ** I am not able to replicate that error on 4.4.4

NOTE: qt is supported by this version, but I was not able to
figure out the configuration...

Fix this error:
iautomake: warning: possible forward-incompatibility.
automake: At least a source file is in a subdirectory, but the 'subdir-objects'
automake: automake option hasn't been enabled.  For now, the corresponding output
automake: object file(s) will be placed in the top-level directory.  However,
automake: this behaviour will change in future Automake versions: they will
automake: unconditionally cause object files to be placed in the same subdirectory
automake: of the corresponding sources.
automake: You are advised to start using 'subdir-objects' option throughout your
automake: project, to avoid future incompatibilities.

open-vcdiff: add new recipe for version 0.8.3

This is Google's implementation of VCDIFF (RFC 3284) delta compression.
It's more flexible than Xdelta3 (as a developer point of view).

libunwind: Add mirror site

* The SRC_URI is not accessible.
  So need to add mirror site referred by the original site.
* The problem is that
  http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases redirects to closest mirror
  and few mirrors (e.g. .jp) weren't working correctly while
  http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org/releases/ seems to be reliable.

fftw: Refactor EXTRA_OECONF

swig: add native wrapper for SWIGLIB

Native swig will read data from hard-coded SWIGLIB or the same
environment variable.

While using sstate, the hard-coded SWIGLIB will point to the project
that create original sstates. This would cause build issues, so add
a wrapper to set the environment variable SWIGLIB to a relative path
on current sysroot.

collectd: enable/disable libpq explicitly

If '--with-libpq' is not included in configure options, the configure
script will assume 'with-libpq=yes' and try to figure below variables
out with 'pg_config':

    with_libpq_includedir, with_libpq_libdir

This causes configure QA errors on some hosts that have 'pg_config'
installed (which from postgresql-devel):

* ERROR: This autoconf log indicates errors, it looked at host include
  and/or library paths while determining system capabilities.

Anyways the target package should not depend on any host headers/libs,
we should enable/disable the libpq support explicitly according to if
the postgresql feature was enabled.

linuxptp: fix and simplify recipe, drop dependency on kernel

* Build script tries to locate the correct /usr/include/linux/net_tstamp.h just
to see if it contains definition for HWTSTAMP_TX_ONESTEP_SYNC. But that header
file hasn't changed in at least 5 years. The result of the check is to pass
additional defines to the build, which can be passed via EXTRA_OEMAKE.

* The sed command on makefile wasn't even working, plus there's no AR, prefix
is not used and better way is to use EXTRA_CFLAGS and EXTRA_LDFLAGS anyway.

* Neither autotools nor pkgconfig are use during the build, don't inherit them.

swig: Update to version 2.0.12 and fix cmake find swig issue.

* Dropped PR and PR_INC due to PV change.
 * The cmake rule looks for swig2.0. For the sdk case, the host distro
may have a swig2.0 installed. If so the sdk would find the host swig. This
updates the sdk so it also has a swig2.0 soft linked to the swig binary in
the sdk.

efl: explicitly depend on lua5.1

* even with luajit in DEPENDS, old lua5.1. was referenced from pkg-config
  and other recipes were failing when trying to use edje without lua5.1
  in sysroot, e.g. cpu, e-tasks, e-wm, e-wm-config-illume2-shr, diskio
