Map evdev KEY_FASTFORWARD to XF86AudioForward.

Currently no evdev key is mapped to libX11 1.2 XF86AudioForward key.
After the mapping we have:
KEY_BACK        -> XF86Back
KEY_FORWARD     -> XF86Forward
KEY_REWIND      -> XF86AudioRewind
KEY_FASTFORWARD -> XF86AudioForward

(as was done originally on January 30),
based on Peter Hutterer's feedback regarding build process, even though
check-in of .po was mentioned by Sergey as one of the reasons for reverting
on February 5. It does in fact make sense to be able to make a build with
the new localization prior to code freeze, so I'm going with my original
understanding, which is apparently shared by Peter Hutterer.

Minor tweaks have been made in comparison to code that was unjustifiably and abusively reverted by Sergey in February. In particular, crh.po is not checked in this time, because it was one of Sergey's reasons for reverting, so until it's pulled from TP, something like `cp po/tr.po po/crh.po` is required prior to building from source.

We've been shipping this one for a year or so in Fedora, adding the default
multi-media keys to the pc105 model.
This isn't as necessary anymore since the default use of evdev (which includes
it anyway), but nice for completeness.

keycodes: restore I56-I59 by using aliases for OUTP and friends.

65fba6dfe3435f changed I56 to I59 to OUTP, KITG, KIDN, KIUP and removed the
I56 keycodes from the xfree86 map. Some inet models rely on this key for
special functionality - they don't work anymore now.

Instead of replacing them completely, alias OUTP to I56, etc.

symbols/si: <TLDE> should print cedilla, diaeresis and have only two levels

During a recent discussion about the upcoming new slovenian layout it was
pointed out that the existing is buggy when it comes to the "tilda key".
Instead of printing the cedilla (not dead) and diaresis on the second
level, it prints grave, tilde, notsign and notsign. This is due to historic
reasons, since the various ex-yugoslavian variants were the same.
