within INDEX_TYPE, instead of before.
(fixup_gotos): Use f->target_rtl, not the next insn,
since latter may be from a later fixup.
(expand_value_return): Correctly convert VAL when promoting function
return; support RETURN_REG being a PARALLEL.
(expand_return): When checking for result in regs and having
cleanup, consider PARALLEL in DECL_RTL as being in regs.
