This commit refactors `IDotInfo` and its derivatives - `DotOperandInfo`
and `DotNodeInfo`.

- `IDotInfo` -> `Node` (represents "Node" of DOT format)
- `DotOperandInfo` -> `OperandNode`
- `DotNodeInfo` -> `OperationNode`
- `NodeAttr` -> removed

Now `Node` manages a map of attributes which behaves almost same with
`NodeAttr` so it has been removed.

Define Operations with ObjectManager (#5508)

Just like `Operands` were defined as an ObjectManager specialization,
this applies the same for `Operations`.
