* doc/tm.texi (Cross-compilation): Rename node to "Floating
Point" and rewrite to describe current situation.  Also adjust
documentation of REAL_VALUE_TO_TARGET_SINGLE and friends to
match code.
* doc/rtl.texi: Adjust cross reference.
