[genlist] Removed 'const' from (void *) type. I'll announce this and
apply this on June 22. This is a upstream merge. It was changed long
ago in upstream.

1. count value change: Before count reach queuesize, it have possibility to make bug, I fix it
2. add while condition check: if src_index exceed real count number, it have to exit while code
