Do not run scim in daemon mode
In systemd environment, run service in no-daemonized mode is recommended
and that's much simple to track the service launched by systemd.
Meanwhile, this patch also fix scim.service fails to be activated due to
it fail to connect PanelAgent server currently and so timed out. And
then the whole user session timed out.

systemd: can not set negative OOMScoreAdjust for user service
systemd will put the service into failure state if set OOMScoreAdjust
failed. So do not set a negative OOMScoreAdjust for user service.

efl_immodule: Make sure we call ecore_x_init/shutdown when we use ecore_x functions.
This fixes P130329-9887. If we don't call ecore_x_init our usage of it
is not recorded in the refcount and it might drop to 0 and free the
_ecore_x_disp resource and crash on the next ecore_x function call:
