trying copy kuep_net_signer.sh to rpmbuild

give executable permission to kuep_net_signer.sh

get kuep_net_signer.sh manually

try curl command checking

changed to vbs build for TrackRenderer

delete gbs-build.yml

gbs-build-p4.yml will be used for ci build action

revert recent changes

disabled again about binfmt_misc and removed incremental option

enable binfmt_misc related code again

added --incremental option for ESPP build

added detailed description for each steps

replace hard coded variable to github secrets

1. replaced to P4PORT, P4USER
2. remove disabled code about binfmt_misc

disable binfmt_misc related code

it seems that docker-gbs-base already does the same thing.
