Add plugins dependence package

The gerrit-trigger plugin is not loaded when install jenkins-plugins because
the lastest version jenkins need to depend on ssh-agent.jpi.

The build-timeout plugin is not loaded when install jenkins-plugins because
the lastest version jenkins need to depend on token-macro.jpi.

The old version jenkins can install these dependence packages,the new does
not.so need to add the files into the jenkins-plugins.

Pinned all plugins

Even if it doesn't prevent plugins to be updated it makes it a bit less
harder to do as plugins should be unpinned before update.

Downgraded groovy-postbuild plugin

With the latest version of this plugin some jobs failed with this error:
groovy-postbuildERROR: Failed to evaluate groovy script.

Note that this is workaround. Groovy code should be fixed anyway. We do
it now as we need to upgrade jenkins ASAP.

Added Slave Setup plugin

This plugin is going to be used to copy and untar mic-appliance.tar.bz
every time worker machine is reinitialized and connection from Jenkins
master is reestablished. This is the part of automatic worker setup,
which is used in production.

Returned back dependency to jenkins

Because jenkins official repository has been added by package/.extra-repos, auto
tester should be able to install jenkins for the installation check. So return
back dependency to jenkins.

Upgraded credentials plugin

New ssh-credentials plugin requires this plugin to be upgraded.

This change adds .pinned files for credentials, ssh-credentials and
ssh-slaves plugins. They have to be pinned as they're bundled plugins
and jenkins tries to rewrite them when it starts if they're not pinned.
