libecal: importing event with pseudo "Etc/UTC" timezone crashed (#593019)

The problem was two-fold: first, e_cal_match_timezone() recognized the
pseudo VTIMEZONE as matching the internal "UTC". Then e_cal_get_timezone()
failed to extract this internal VTIMEZONE because there is no real
definition for it, leading to an assert which terminates the caller.

Matching to "UTC" is also problematic because e_cal_match_timezones()
will use it for the imported event, which then cannot be exported
properly (leads to TZID=UTC without VTIMEZONE definition).

Therefore this patch removes the mapping to "UTC" in e_cal_match_timezone().
It also fixes e_cal_get_timezone() so that it does not assert and
returns an error code, as originally intented, although that should
no longer happen with the change to e_cal_match_timezone().

Bug #350007 - evolution busy-waits on GPG signing operations

Reverted previous patch and incorporated different approach, not
disabling the gpg agent at all.

BUGFIX 474948 (BNC): Expand <group> Inline Adds Control Codes.

* e-name-selector-entry.c (sanitize_string): Remove all the control
  characters from the headers. Doing this in sanitize string fixes it
  for all cases.

Bug Description:
If you auto-complete a Groupwise group into the To: field of an email messages,
you can right-mouse on it and select "Expand <group> Inline".  It should then
take all of the names and put them into the single line widget.  This works,
however it also adds control codes as well.

BUGFIX 499179 (BNC): Paste of e-mail always goes to left most position.

* e-name-selector-entry.c (user_focus_in): The focus would stay at the
  end and allow for pasting IDs even when the user changes the focus.

Bug Description:
When you change focus out of composer window and paste any email into 'To'
field, it will be pasted in the left most without respecting cursor position.
