Aries sleep current: 1.22~1.24mA @ 4.2V

Based on the LSI suggestion on Aries. Some of the suggestions
are dropped because they increase the power consumption.

s5pc110: aries: GPIO powerdown mode setting updated: 1.38->1.24mA

- Mainly, PHONE_ON (O-L -> O-H) reduces the sleep current.
- For "Not Connected (NC)", O-L -> I(PD) reduces the sleep
  current extremely slightly... (need tens of them to see
  any difference)

s5pc110: geminus: support GPIO powerdown modes.

- Setting is same as Aquila/Aries for now. Needs to be updated
  seperatedly later.
- With this setting, Geminus rev1 has 80 ~ 200 mA of sleep
  current.

s5pc110: not aries: mirror setting incurs 2mA of sleep current in rev 0.8

s5pc110: CP_RST Low->High should not be done too early before boot cmd.

- Sometimes, it takes more than 15 sec, which often allow CP
to turn off before sending a boot cmd.
- However, because there should be some delay between CP_RST Hi
and boot cmd, we need to modify kernel as well.

s5pc110: geminus: support fsa9480 / max17040 for rev1 geminus.

- U-boot charging is enabled for u-boot.

s5pc110: aquila: CP_RST (GPH3_7) On at u-boot like Aries does.

s5pc110: do mirror setting for HWREV_MODE* gpio pins

- Mirror setting: if the pin is attached to "High", set it as
  pull-up for sleep and pull-down for "Low" pins.
- This is supposed to lower around 0.06mA of sleep current.

- In Aries, the sleep current became 1.39mA --> 1.34mA @ 4.22V
(Yes, it's under 1.5mA!!)
