Disable zypper snapper plugin

snapper daemon isn't properly configured so disable zypper snapper
commit plugin until then.

Add support for X/Y/Z-modem protocols to the Base System

X/Y/Z-modem are protocols for file transfer over serial links.  They can
be used to send files to and receive them from a device with a serial
line (e.g. console) as the only communication channel.

remove uninstallable gcc-fortan

When adding @development group to make an image, mic complains that
 "uninstallable package, gcc-fortan"
In fact it's not used, and fortan is not provided.

The following packages are both added in meta-ivi and meta-mobile, and they can
 be shared directly to meta-common, as they are the common base packages:

add to @console-tools in meta-common

PTREL-601: init graphics-ui-framework-x group

As xorg is used by many platforms like tizen mobile and generic.
We can refine the package group to add those xorg related packages.

So far this package list is generated from meta-mobile.

base pattern: add default-ac-domains

The default-ac-domains package defines the default set of Tizen 3.0
Smack domains to use in RPM package manifests, so this package should be
installed in 3.0 images alongside the security-plugin.

Add 'attr' and 'smack' to the development group

To facilitate Smack debugging, the 'attr' package is useful.

The Smack utilities are already pulled in by rpm-security-plugin, but to
be sure they are always available in devel images, add 'smack' as well.
