Fix pr307.test failure with gcc 3.x.
* lib/depcomp (dashmstdout): Strip the call to libtool, and
replace `-o $object' by `-o /dev/null' before running "$@"
to generate dependencies.
(cpp): Strip the call to libtool as well as `-o $object'.
