Since LottieAnimationView.URL property change whole Visual property by itself, CornerRadius / Borderline properties become ignored when we set URL.

[NUI] Initialize C# items if required

We have create ProcessorController constructor without initalize as default.

If NUI core want to change this policy, we can initialize at constructor time.
But this case code has some error. It didn't create C# side objects and only create
native side.

[NUI] Revert dispose synchronously logic when APP is not started

We add some logic to dispose items when application created & disposed
before application initialized.

But some app just have some issue when some thread dependency items disposed
before application started.

To avoid this cases, let we block dispose sync logic and revert we always
dispose queue ensure in main thread.
