Added #ifdefs to removed calls to hardware key functionality
Removed calls to create_key_window() and destroy_key_window(), which creates
a hw key-listening window to register hardware key presses to launch the HOME
screen. These two functions segfaults when running in Wayland since they
uses X calls that are not ported. Added #ifdefs to not comile hw_key.c in Wayland,
menu-daemon will not have hardware key press functionality.
