Set TYPE_NONALIASED_COMPONENT on the array type only if appropriate.
(copy_alias_set): Assert that arrays have the same aliasing settings.
(substitute_in_type) <ARRAY_TYPE>: Copy TYPE_NONALIASED_COMPONENT.
