- Add the license boilerplate to media tool files
- Temporarily comment out a line resetting extra of a packet. It needs to be rollbacked after the corresponding c-layer api is fixed.

Change assembly installation path
The assembly installation path is changed to /usr/share/assembly/ as default.
This path can be overrided by the macro %dotnet_assembly_path also.

Multimedia-player: change duration type to uint
as we don't need 64-bit variable for this. This fixes

Recorder: Updated recorder according to the new design.
1) Combined Recorder Attributes and Recorder Capabilities to
the main Recorder class.
2) Updated the tct according to the new design.
3) Testing of video resolution not yet done due to dependency on
video recorder.
4) Fixed review comments
patch2 : Fixed build issue as .csproj file was not updated.
patch3 : Fixed videoresolution issue.

[AudioManager] Fix AudioStreamPolicy and AudioVolume errors
- Setting current volume type to none should unset the current type.
- Completed event implementation in AudioStreamPolicy constructor.
- sound_manager_set_focus_state_watch_cb() can only be called once.
So use "all" mask and filter callback events and invoke.
- Removed unnecessary 'using' statements.
