Modified user_engine_list path with hard coded path

Currently privilege system doesn't work properly. so most of apps are launching with root privilege,
even though scim-launcher deamon process is launched with user privilege.
becuase of this reason app couldn't find the engines_list file in TZ_USER_HOME path.
If privilege system is fixed in the 3.0, this patch will be reverted to support multi-user.

Using correct cast, specially for 64 bits

The value returned by sizeof is a count of char
(the chars having CHAR_BIT bits -almost always 8-).

Thus, the correct way of computing the offset of a pointer
in memory using the operator sizeof is to cast to char*.

The cast to unsigned int is wrong on most 64 bits architectures
because integers are often 32 bits wide.

Avoid direct access to structure vconf_keynode

Accessing directly to the structure vconf_keynode violate
principle of modularity.

Since arrival of vconf-buxton, the structure vconf_keynode
is now opaque. Thus this commit is needed to access the
value stored.
