resize partitions after mount

At the first boot, mount is always failed because mount and resize are executed
at the same time. To fix mount error, execute resize2fs after the partition is
mounted.
(Kernel after 2.6 version supports on-line resize for ext3 and ext4 filesystem)

Revert "[TINF-793] Add MMFW configuration package"

This reverts commit 78ead94964cabec313ddf4e90814543f2066584b.

Reason:
All platform image build are failed in Jenkins.

'mmfw-sysconf' package's spec file is not clear.
So Jenkins(image-creator) cannot find that package's rpm file.

overwrite /etc/fstab and remove systemd-fsck units in tv-mbr-3parts.post

The default fs_passno value in /etc/fstab created by MIC tool is 0. If it is 0,
systemd-fstab-generator creates a mount unit without a dependency of fsck.
mounting a filesystem can be failed when fsck is running on that partition.

If fs_passno is set to non-zero (1 or 2), fsck will be automatically executed
before mounting, and systemd-fsck units will not be necessary.

resize and mount partitions for 3parts target

scripts/tv-mbr-3parts has three partitions - rootfs, system-data, and user.
/etc/fstab installed by setup package has only a root(/) mount entry.
So, /etc/fstab should be modified to mount the other partitions
for a target which use tv-mbr-3parts scripts.

And, the size of a file system image is not the same as the size of a real partition
on a target. resize2fs should be executed at the firt boot time to fit for the size.

* TODO:
A resize2fs@service file is created in tv-mbr-3parts.post script.
The file should be installed by a package later.

Re-initialize meta-mobile

This time from tizen_mobile branch of meta-mobile. Basically renamed
mobile -> tv. However, scripts/, patterns/, partitions/ and ks/ were
taken as is, untouched.
