gnutls: Change GTlsClientConnection::accepted-cas to contain DER DNs

This property is now a GList of GByteArray values. Each
GByteArray contains the raw DER DN of the certificate authority.
This is far more useful for looking up a certificate (with the
relevant issuer) than a string encoded DN.

Also fix memory leak in g_tls_client_connection_gnutls_retrieve_function()
and notify when accepted-cas property has changed.

gnutls: add a session cache

TLS allows a client and server to bypass the full handshake on the
second and successive connections. Implement that, for the client
side, if the server is willing.

gnutls: fix up pollable source creation

When handshaking, it doesn't matter what I/O direction the application
is waiting for, only what direction gnutls is waiting for. We were
doing this correctly in check(), but not in create_source().

gnutls: fix g_pollable_input_stream_is_readable() implementation

Don't test the underlying input stream for readability unless a
previous read attempt returned EAGAIN; gnutls may be buffering data
internally, so we have to just assume we're readable until we see an
EAGAIN.

gnutls: Fix a crash caused by loading and unloading the module

If gio-querymodules isn't run to update the cache then gio will need
to load and unload the module at startup time. This was causing
crashes in apps that used gcrypt elsewhere, because gcrypt was being
initialized to use our module's mutex functions, which then no longer
existed after unloading.

Fix this in two different ways: first, force the module to remain
resident after gtls_gnutls_init() has been called, and second, don't
call gtls_gnutls_init() if we're just being called from
g_io_modules_scan_all_in_directory().
