* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_option_override_internal): Move
check for -mabi=spe without SPE ABI support here.
(rs6000_handle_option): Replace OPT_mabi_ handling with
OPT_mabi_altivec and OPT_mabi_spe handling.
