2. w1_therm: fix inverted lock handling causing spurious temperature
   reads.

3. sgi: Use strscpy() over strlcpy().

4. w1 bus fixes:
   - Correct missing OF node reference put in error path.
   - Correct iterating over master device list while removing items from
     it.
   - Don't use loop iterator past the loop.
