configs: rpi: remove lcd from console output

From RPI3, log printing to lcd video console causes slow down of
uart rx getc called and fifo overrun occured from uart rx because
rpi3 mini uart has small h/w fifo. Remove lcd from console output.

It's changed from lcd to videoconsole.
