Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
 "Quite a few HD-Audio fixes, a WUSB audio fix and a fix for FireWire
  audio.  The HD-audio part contains a couple of fixes for the generic
  parser, and these are the only intrusive fixes.  The rest are mostly
  device-specific fixes"
