This paged in a few API changes: - Added `FileManager::getVirtualFileRef`, and converted `getVirtualFile` to a wrapper of it. - Updated `SourceManager::bypassFileContentsOverride` to take `FileEntryRef` and return `Optional` (`ASTReader::getInputFile` is the only caller).
