calls.c (initialize_argument_info): Accept a pointer to CUMULATIVE_ARGS.

        * calls.c (initialize_argument_info): Accept a pointer to
        CUMULATIVE_ARGS.
        (expand_call): Pass the address of CUMULATIVE_ARGS.
