Use Linux 5.12 and GCC 11 branch in build-many-glibcs.py.

This patch makes build-many-glibcs.py use Linux 5.12 and GCC 11
branch.

Tested with build-many-glibcs.py (host-libraries, compilers and glibcs
builds).
