Makefile.in (CXX_FOR_TARGET): Use g++, not xgcc, to invoke the C++ compiler.

	* Makefile.in (CXX_FOR_TARGET): Use g++, not xgcc, to invoke
	the C++ compiler.

	* lib/g++.exp (g++init): Use g++, not xgcc, to invoke the C++
	compiler.
	(tool_option_proc): Fix typo.
