Referred the hex numbers in arch/powerpc/kernel/exceptions-64e.S, arch/powerpc/kernel/exceptions-64s.S, arch/powerpc/kernel/head_*.S, arch/powerpc/kernel/head_booke.h and arch/powerpc/include/asm/kvm_asm.h.
