	* build-all.mk (all-cross): New target for Canadian Cross.
	Added Q2 go32 targets.
	* test-build.mk: Configure go32 cross sparclite-aout and
	mips-idt-ecoff -with-gnu-ld.  Moved build binary directory from
	PARTIAL_HOLE_DIRS to BUILD_HOLES_DIRS.
