Update to upstream version 1.8.7

A security vulnerability exists in sudo 1.8.6 which is only addressed by
updating to 1.8.7. The vulnerability allows local users with sudo
permissions to hijack the authorization of another terminal.

This has been assigned CVE-2013-1776
