Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
 "A bit more changes than wished, but still manageable amount.

  Most of commits are HD-audio specific device fixes / quirks, while
  there is a revert for the previous fix due to regressions and a
  double-free fix in ALSA core code"
