net/openvswitch: Set the ipv6 source tunnel key address attribute correctly

When dealing with ipv6 source tunnel key address attribute
(OVS_TUNNEL_KEY_ATTR_IPV6_SRC) we are wrongly setting the tunnel
dst ip, fix that.
