From 2.5 release:

* Makefile.in (BISON): Use bison -y, not bison.

* Makefile.in (VERSION): Updated to 2.5.
(clean-here): Delete stamp-mk.com.
(distclean): Delete .gdbinit.

Also, note release in changelog.
