rpi: tizen-boot: add the 'ramdisksize' as 12MB for ramdisk-recovery

Size of Ramdisk-recovery is 12MB.
It needs to load the 12MB, not 8MB.

Add the 'ramdisksize' as 12MB for ramdisk-recovery.
