Revert "arm64: dts: mesong12_odroid_common: Set extcon state for dwc2_a cable as always true"

Since adding a standalone Tizen-specific kernel extcon-usb-fixed module,
which reports USB cable as always connected, the extcon hack/workaround
is no longer needed.

This reverts commit 526654fe50392728f244885ccec37a0218d127a2.
