Release version 0.6.1

Changes:
 - Fix pkg regex for uninstalling apps
 - Fix the access issue to shared/res of web app
 - Fix ManifestDirectUpdate mode for hybrid package
 - Fix MountUpdateMode_Rollback packages
 - Fix uninstalling package installed at extended storage
 - Add new smoke tests
 - Add OOM exception handler
