[spec] enabled sensor for wearable profile

    Sensor module is a very important feature of wearable device. So it should be added and verified for wearable profile.

    just enable feature only without api behavior change or add new api something?

[Verification] code compiles without errors.
  web-tct_4.0_r1_rc33:
  - with manually enabled sensor TCT for wearable:
    tct-namespace-tizen-tests (31/31 - 100%)
    tct-sensor-tizen-tests (A:97/97 M:6/6 - 100%)
    tct-capability-tests (32/32 - 100%)
  webWidgetTCT_4.0_r5 for sensor 100%
