staging: unisys: fix up ULTRA_CHANNEL_CLIENT_TRANSITION macro

Rename the macro to SPAR_CHANNEL_CLIENT_TRANSITION, and fix CamelCase
parameters:

pChan => ch
chanId => id
logCtx => log

Update all places the macro was used to call the new name.
