* misc/queue.h: New file, incorporated from 4.4BSD.
* misc/Makefile (headers): Add queue.h.

* posix/sys/types.h [__USE_BSD]: Include endian.h.

* io/sys/stat.h (DEFFILEMODE, ALLPERMS, ACCESSPERMS, S_BLKSIZE):
New macros.
