	always write it out even if it would normally be stripped.
	(aout_link_input_section_std): If we find a reloc against a
	stripped global symbol, force it to be written out rather than
	merely calling unattached_reloc.
	(aout_link_input_section_ext): Likewise.
	(aout_link_reloc_link_order): Likewise.
