Release version 0.13.0

Changes:
 - Fix parameter name of clear data API
 - Add api for resource copy
 - Implement resource copy request's callback
 - Add api for listen status for resource copy
 - Add api related with resource copy callback's handle param
 - Add api for createing dir in resource sharing dir
 - Add resource create dir request type
