PM: sleep: fix typos in comments

Change "occured" to "occurred" in kernel/power/autosleep.c.

Change "consiting" to "consisting" in kernel/power/snapshot.c.

Change "avaiable" to "available" in kernel/power/swap.c.

No functionality changed.
