* symtab.h (DEPRECATED_SYMBOL_MATCHES_NAME): Delete macro.
* minsyms.c (lookup_minimal_symbol): Inline
DEPRECATED_SYMBOL_MATCHES_NAME.  Replace STREQ with strcmp.
