New tests for pointers as function parameters

These new tests fill a coverage hole for passing multiple pointers
to functions and using these pointers to modify data. Alias decoration
is used where needed.

New tests:

dEQP-VK.spirv_assembly.instruction.*.pointer_parameter.*
