Typically platforms will define CONFIG_SYS_NAND_PAGE_COUNT based on
CONFIG_SYS_NAND_BLOCK_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE. Switch to this
in preparation for migrating CONFIG_SYS_NAND namespace to Kconfig.
